Welcome to Century Anger Management. By accessing or using this website, purchasing products or services, enrolling in training programs, or otherwise interacting with Century Anger Management (“CAM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products or services.
1. Services Provided
Century Anger Management provides educational and training services, including but not limited to:
- Professional certification training programs
- Online courses and video training
- Home study programs
- Continuing education programs
- Educational materials, books, workbooks, and related products
- Consultation, supervision, and coaching services
- Other educational and professional development services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or enroll in services unless a parent, legal guardian, educational institution, employer, court, or authorized agency has provided consent.
3. Registration and Account Information
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for any course, certification, or service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Educational Purpose Only
Century Anger Management provides educational and training services. Our courses, certifications, coaching, and educational materials are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical treatment, legal advice, or crisis intervention services.
Participation in our programs does not establish a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional treatment relationship.
Individuals experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency should immediately contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.
5. Certification Disclaimer
Certificates of Completion and Professional Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of applicable program requirements.
Certification issued by Century Anger Management signifies successful completion of our training requirements only. Certification does not:
- Confer a state-issued license;
- Authorize independent practice where licensure is required by law;
- Guarantee employment;
- Guarantee acceptance by any court, probation department, employer, licensing board, government agency, or third party.
Participants are responsible for determining whether a program, certificate, or certification meets the requirements of any court, employer, agency, licensing board, or other organization.
6. Continuing Education Credits
Where continuing education credits are offered, eligibility is subject to applicable approval standards and completion requirements.
Century Anger Management makes reasonable efforts to maintain approvals but does not guarantee that any accrediting body, licensing board, or employer will accept credits earned through our programs.
7. Payments
All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
8. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated for a specific program:
- Digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and completed training programs are generally non-refundable.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds, if approved, may be subject to administrative fees.
- No refunds will be issued after a certificate has been issued or course requirements have been completed.
- Books maybe returned up to 60 days after purchase, but postage must be paid by the sender and the refund requires prior approval.
Century Anger Management reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
9. Course Access and Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our website and online learning systems. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability.
Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, training materials, videos, manuals, workbooks, curricula, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Century Anger Management and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11. Limited License
Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use purchased materials solely for their personal educational purposes.
This license may be revoked at any time for violations of these Terms.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Share login credentials with others;
- Copy or distribute course materials without authorization;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with website functionality;
- Misrepresent certifications or credentials;
- Use services for unlawful purposes;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse staff, instructors, or other participants.
13. User Content
If users submit comments, testimonials, reviews, assignments, or other materials, they grant Century Anger Management a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish such content for business purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.
14. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, learning platforms, or service providers. All credit card payments process through either Authorize.net or Braintree.com and will indicate the purchase was made at Century Anger Management on credit card statements.
Century Anger Management is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Century Anger Management disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee specific educational, professional, legal, personal, or business outcomes.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Century Anger Management and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products or services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
